His Mom does still coach and teach at PC the last I heard. Pat was at Berea I am guessing he still is. I did hear rumblings of a tranfer at the end of last season, but it may have just been kids talking.

It is going to be nice to see Darius stay in the Blue & White.

There are no power house teams in the 38th district. Deming has just as good a chance to win it as Harrison, Pendleton, or Nicholas. They may be young at the beginning of the season, but with some playing time who knows what they may have by March. I wish Coach Johnson all the luck in the world with his team and I hope the Deming Devils make the 38th proud other then against PC.

There might be enough seats for you and me.

You may be right about that. I just don't see anyone coming even close to them in the 10th.

I think that it is possible that Mason Co. has 3 out of the top 5 players in the 10th. Miller, Middleton, and Setty.:scared:

I am going to put Russ Middleton-MC at the 2 spot. Chris Owens at the 3rd from St. Pat.

I am going to name the most obvious #1 player Darius Miller.

:confused: I believe this thread is about the 38th district and that does not include MC. Who doesn't know MC is the team in the tenth to make noise. I believe pccatsmom said They have potential to make noise in the region if they had size. which they don't. So I think the if they had size cancelled out the potential. So not offense taken. Lets keep the subject on the 38th please

I think this last statement in the link you posted Jim from his coach says he can get the job done, but he is talking High School. I think UK may be questioning weather he can get it done in the SEC. A 6'5" low post player is not going to make it in the SEC or any other power conference. He may prove me wrong and it would not bother me if he did. I would like to see him at UK if only he can make the grade. I will also root for him at X and they may be a better fit for him. I wish him luck wherever he ends up.

I was counting Kane in the 9 in 3 seasons. There was a thread on here I believe 3 or 4 weeks ago that Kane had verballed to Pikeville.

I think Holmes has the team that can beat them, but I don't think they will if they get there. I think Billy Hicks has this team primed and ready to take down the net.
