Bourbon Co beat MoCo in the big district match up. Good article. I really enjoy the stats on the players. I wished they would give more credit for assists and great defense. Not just on scoring.

#2 GRC beat #4 Robertson County by 16. #3 Bishop Brossart was at the game tonight scouting for the All A Classic.

GRC had four players in double figures. Wellman, Morton, and Rutger had 20 + each. Rutger had 20 points in the first half.

GRC lead by as many as 10. Bush and Rucker sat most of 2nd Q with foul trouble. Morton had 14 first half. GRC stepped up their defense which led to offense WJ is very good at shooting the 3. They were something like 9 of 11. It was a very physical game.

I would rank them higher too. We will see more movement during the season. Come March the top 3 teams should be from the 40th district: MoCo, GRC and Bourbon.

Look forward to seeing the results of these games.

Big district win for Bourbon County.

This was the difference in the ball game. Loved the little PG for Ashland. Loved the way he handled and could dish the ball and played so poised under pressure. How many assists did he have? Just a Freshman, he is going to be one heck of a player. Bush played one heck of a game. It really hurt us when he had to go out of the game with cramps. Ashland had a good crowd there tonight. Congrats to them and their team on the win. Agree it was a great game to watch. But shame on you for not letting me know you were there.

I listened to the game last night and it sounded like a very physical game. GRC is on a mission this year. They've got a good starting five and two really good kids coming off the bench. Come March they should be one of the teams to beat but it's looks like it's going to be tough to get it out of their District.

I hope they win today. We play them Tuesday at GRCC. I would hate to rain on their parade it should be a great game. I will be back from Florida and will be there cheering on my Cards. LRCW if you are there I hope to see you.

Igo is rated 6th in state from this senior class. GRC has some really good players not just those 4. The cupboard is not bare. Gay is the 5th starter, a Sophomore.
