Carolina has cracked the Top 25 at 5-2. They have Missouri and Vandy the next 2 weeks, which SHOULD make them bowl eligible. They then may be able to steal a game against Florida. They close with Tennessee and Clemson. They will be heavy underdogs in both. But right now, back to back bowl seasons is a step in the right direction. Beamer is well on the way to cleaning up the mess that Will Muscamp left behind.

Volunteers are certainly a little overrated right now. They will have trouble with Georgia and, IF they do make the SEC championship, I don't think there's any way they beat Alabama a second time. But they are still better than Kentucky at this point.

Usually because the guy in Row 17 is an extra special important business dude. Rules don't apply to him.

And on to the World Series. NL plays through the rain and the AL delays it. Yanks and Astros are soft.

I never understood why they board the plane in sections, but de-boarding is a free-for-all. Just deplane in sections and save people the aggravation.

Tennessee. It may be a basketball score, but I just can't see UK getting enough defensive stops. They gave up over 50 last year when TN only had the ball for 15 minutes. And Tennessee is better this year, I don't think the Cats are. They may not be worse, but they aren't better.

When she is old enough to really interact with the other kids and the caregivers, that is when you will see that it was good for her. Then you'll spend a week or 2 feeling foolish that you were every worried about it at all.

That's a safety measure. All it takes is one student to get hurt rushing the field and all the sudden there are lawsuits all over the place. But honestly with the money SEC schools pull in in FB, 100K isn't really a deterrent. Hit them for a few million and things will get tighter down on the field.
