Since postponing the season and canceling games changed nothing last year I hope they don’t start messing with things this year just play the season as scheduled.

I hope not as well I just don’t know how much longer these schools could go without the football revenue from the fans. And, I don’t think there should be because most of the schools in my area are not requiring masks so why would the KHSAA try to enforce some kind of guidelines.

I agree with this too cheer for your team not against the other team or the referees. My all time favorite that you here late in every game from at least one fan when the referee throws a penalty someone is going to holler they’ve been doing it all night.

Hasn’t this been a thing even before NIL it seems players are always reclassifying maybe just in basketball.

Can you imagine if they lost. Not that I’m expecting that to happen but I didn’t expect them to schedule Atherton either.

I doubt he coaches at this school as long as his father coached at Male. But I figured my comment would get some attention but the only point I’m making is there’s more to coaching football than having a famous name.

Well since they don’t let coaches play in the games I’m not sure how much difference this makes although I guess it does look good on paper.

How many players do we think it takes to get through a season at least 20. I know Glasgow played Shawnee one year in the playoffs when Shawnee only had 15 although I think they had more than that when season started. That was a really lopsided game but I also remember them playing Campbellsville one year when they probably didn’t have 25 but they were pretty competitive.

I think that gives you a sign of what kind of team Danville thinks they will have this season.

These are just rankings if they mattered that much then why play the games. I believe we let them settle it on the field.

How old is he I was thinking even with the new Covid year you couldn’t turn 19 before the end of the season.

Seems like all of JC recent success has made scheduling for them very difficult.

They are both stacked great job by those coach’s scheduling tough.

I agree those are probably a little tougher but I mean that’s the biggest schools in the state and those out of state schools just doesn’t get my attention like the in state schools. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a tougher schedule by a Class AA team. It will be fun to watch the scores roll in every week.

Does anyone know what class they will be in when they do join KHSAA full time. This has all the makings of a school that will do anything to win.

I know Barren Co has a nice one they built it attached with several classrooms so on the field side it has a really nice look to it.

It’s amazing how quick things can turn around what was two seasons ago that Dixie was just bad and now this year I would think they are expecting to have a pretty good year.

Senior night on a intra squad scrimmage. I know last year people was trying to do them early in case they didn’t get all their games in but this appears to be a better year seems odd they would do it at a scrimmage. Will school even be in session.

That’s probably second to Trinity as best performing team over the last 10 years and maybe a better record because Trinity plays all of those good out of state teams.

Everyone is going turf now it seems.

That’s a pretty tough schedule and it will probably be a long season in Danville but I doubt anyone is going to feel sorry for them after the beatings they have put on people so they will just have to lace them up and go at it.
