Landon Hamilton is one of the 5-6 best all around and skilled players in the 9th Region. Once he returns 100% from the ankle injury, lookout. His ball skills, quickness, IQ, and ability to run their offense is fun to watch. He’s going to be a GET for some college program. Great student and young man too.

Beechwood 33 Ryle 32 In a three team Tri-Scrimmage with Dayton at Ryle HS. Ryle is about 1 year away from being really good with a strong underclass group of several Sophomores and Freshmen. The young squad will certainly get much better as the season moves along and they gain experience. I was impressed with what they showed.

SK Junior G Travis Krohman was the best player on the court today. Meyer is the better scorer, but Krohman was very active in SK’s offense. He moves well without the ball, he knows how to utilize screens, and when he gets open he can knock down shots from distance. He has a nice touch. Meyer is a better 1 v 1 player, but Krohman is more skilled all around in the team setting and in the flow of their offense. Krohman should average around 20-25 ppg this season. SK was a completely different team without him on the court. JMO Also, I thought Gibson would have been in foul trouble if this were a regular game. The refs must have tagged him for 4 to 6 fouls, easily, maybe more.
