SK vs. Cov Cath. I take Cov Cath by 21+. Ryle vs. Highlands. I take Highlands by 21+ Trinity vs. Scott County I take Trinity by 10. Male vs. Fred Doug, I take Male, but would be a toss up. I'll take South Warren and Bowling Green over any 6A in the West. I think there are a lot of others who would complete for the last 4 spots in 5A and they would all beat their respective 6A teams (Cooper, Owensboro, South Oldham, Anderson County, Southwestern, Montgomery County).

Time for a little off season banter. I stated in another thread, with the recent class realignment, I think 5A is MUCH stronger than 6A. Yes, I'm aware 6A has Trinity. But I'm curious, if you had to play the Top 10 6A Schools vs the Top 10 5A schools, how would it play out? Is there any way 6A would be over .500? I don't see 6A winning more than 2 or 3 games. Adding Scott County, Fredrick Douglas, Cooper, Connor, and Johnson Central to 5A makes 1-10 LOADED! Who can make a case for 6A?

Ryan Leigh for HHS hit some HUGE 3's. Also RELLY impressed with Sam Vincent. The kid is really poised and clutch. To think he is only a sophomore, WOW!

Curious of the grades of the likely starters for both teams. I know both are deep and talented in all 4 classes currently in school. HHS will most likely be the following: QB- 12 RB- 12, 10 OL- 12(2), 11(3) WR/TE- 12(2), 11 DL- 12, 11(2) LB- 12(2), 11(2) DB- 12(2),11,10

Birds leading 13-5 in this playoff series. Interesting to see only 7 of the 18 games have been decided by a TD or less. I am one who thinks this will be a close game being won by the team who wins the turnover battle.

Nope, you misunderstood my point. I'm saying each time HHS won a game this year, it was said "that team wasn't any good. We'll find out how good they REALLY are next week". Then, when they would win next week, we'd hear the same thing. Over and over and over.. Each win was with little credit to HHS and more so an excuse for why they just beat an underperforming team... Very few non HHS fans on here have given ANY credit to a group of boys who have worked their butts off and turned this program back around from an embarrassing couple years to where they are today. I'm well aware of CCH's record. CCH is a VERY good team. But so is HHS. For some reason, not many non-HHS fans are willing to say that.

Let's remember, the CCH offense had one drive where they marched down the field and scored.. That's it. The other two were a 10 and 15 yard field. Give the CCH D credit, they made the plays to get the short field, but to think CCH is going to just march down the field all game is a bit exaggerated. Yes, Jacob has a game under his belt, but so does the HHS D. I'm sure CCH will have a couple drives where the O looks really good, but I wouldn't count on it happening all night. Just like the last game, turnovers will determine who wins.
