Camel Homer

The problem at Campbell County is talent retention, kids from 9-10 years old already know they will not go to the high school. Winning is the only thing to fix that.

It’s time for a revolution at my Alma mater, we need some youth and energy in this program. The best athletes at the youth level are going to keep leaving

I agree with you, but it’s less about enrollment and more about participation percentage. Boys go to Newport Catholic to play sports.

The interception late in the game was so clear. Dayton picked it off, kid ran with it then fumbled. After the fumble the ref called incomplete. It was a clear interception.

The interception call was one of the worst bits of officiating I have ever seen on any level.

They looked good, played hard. They wore down CC. They controlled the football all night.

Kremer for the breds is a good QB, he really settled down and had a nice game after over throwing a lot of receivers in the first quarter. Unfortunately for my camels, it’s going to be a long season.

Camels recover onside kick, have the ball at midfield.

29-13 breds 2:59 to go in game

29-6 breds. 5:43 to go in 4th Camels O hasn’t looked good at all except one drive.

Breds have controlled the ball the entire game. I don’t keep stats but I can’t imagine the time of possession difference.

22-6 breds 11:51 left in game

14-6 breds 6:33 to go in 3rd

8-6 breds halftime

8-6 breds. Camels take over on downs at their own 35 2:31 to go in half

8-6 NCC after 1st quarter

Campbell County and Newcath is a good rivalry. Campbell county and Highlands has been fun the last few years too.

“Grandma was slow but she was dead” I will never forget it. From a legendary nky coach!

I hope so, he has a young son and is very involved with the youth. He was an assistant when I was playing 11 or 12 years ago. Awesome guy and the kids and parents love him.
