Principal at Bracken County HS. Looked like Red Skull from Marvel and just as scary. Also was back when spanking was not only legal but encouraged in Brooksville. Rumor was Louisville Slugger made him a paddle and he swung it like Babe Ruth.

Anderson County - 2021 Schedule
Polar Bearcat replied to Colonels_Wear_Blue's topic in KY Football (High School)
Let's not make generalizations like Anderson County parents are why Phrases like Parents ruining sports exist. AC parents are great and supportive, I am one and a Coach, so I see both sides. Not going to comment on the current scenario playing out in the media but the parents in AC are great and I'm proud to tell people I live and Coach in Anderson County. -
Open Job: Robertson County

Godspeed Coach Kelsch. He is one of the truly good guys in Coaching and a credit to his last name. -
Keep on voting to draw instead of seed 39th. Augusta beat BC twice and flattened the Patties but get Mason in the first round. Oh well, there's always next year in A-town.

I know you’re a Dad and fan but if the roles were reversed I would say it was a foul. That’s an easy one. -

Wasn’t at the game but was told form multiple people that there were many questionable whistles against the Bearcats. -

It should NEVER be a “dream” for Bracken to beat A-Town. Ever. -

The score isn’t an indication of the game. Anderson was up as many as 22 I believe. -

Woodford County 69 Collins 62
Polar Bearcat replied to 16thBBall Fan's topic in KY Boys Basketball (High School)
What Woodford will discover is that beating Frankfort or Western Hills to get to the Regional Tournament is different than having to beat Collins, Anderson, Spencer, or Shelby to get there. With a 5 team district 2 teams will have to play a "play in" game just to make the semifinals. Winning 2 games to play in the Regional Tournament won't be easy for any of the 5 teams. -

The Coach had to adjust because the lane was closed off and Miles was STOPPED. Thx for making my point for me, AGAIN. -

I’m pretty sure Pardee is the leading scorer for Walton. He had 8 in this game. So, I don’t think the plan was just about Miles. It appeared to me the plan was to limit Walton around the rim. Like most really good teams do they counter punched by hitting the 3 and caused AC to turn the ball over to much. -

Did you watch the game? The smaller AC guys STOPPED him, PERIOD. Was it at the cost of giving up 3’s to other players, yes. But ANYONE who objectively watched the game would say on offense Miles was unable to impose his will on AC. Blaming the referees, wow.
