CCH punt team has been strong all year. Kid who punts for them solid and consistent. CCH kickoffs have been regularly into end zone for touchbacks as well

CCH offense continues to improve. Still need to tighten up pass d a bit. Basically CCH was just to strong and overpowered the Tigers. BW will be fine and contend in 1a class. This is definitely a confidence boost that CCH needed. Never bought the pre game predictions by many on here that BW would win. There was no comparison on the class of teams each had played going into this game.

The huge difference in talent combined with a new offense and defense and a bunch of young player's explains the start. Nothing complicated about it. This team will get better. Just outgunned early on. Jesus in the huddle would not have helped against X (maybe a little). The record to date has nothing to do with drive, motivation, or spirit. Amazing how crazy these discussions get.

Sycamore was big and physical on both sides of ball.., combined with two top rate backs they would be tough for anyone in northern ky to handle. Cov Cath has simply started with two top rated teams along with st x who are off the charts strong... This is going to turn around no doubt in my mind

This team will be fine. Believe we will see things start to come together next week. They have talent and are still learning a totally new system on both sides of ball. They will get it together. Enough of the negative waves baby!

I think things are going to be fine. This team will come together starting next week. They were simply up against it out of the gate. They have talent, are young, and are still learning. This is not time to write them off. There is no doubt coach Eviston will right the ship. They didn't take Ryle to the wire by luck.

There are several factors, concussions, etc. But the bottom line is time and commitment puts more and more kids off. Combined with way too many distractions and other options for kids. Too easy to play games and socialize 24x7 electronically.. Other thing is as schools like Boone county morph from big country or suburban school settings to more of an inner city school environment fewer kids are willing put in the work or time or may not have the family support needed to keep up with football that is basically a six day a week commitment during season

Believe Sycamore was under 100 yards passing. Obviously with two guys going over 150 yards rushing they will look to pound the ball on the ground against CovCath. Not sure what their Ohio class ranking is, do believe they have over 1700 kids in the high school.. Should be a good match up. Look for Cov Cath to rebound and play well

Mediocre at best is totally off the mark. CCH gave Ryle everything they could handle and could of pulled it out at the end. Wouldn't surprise me to see Ryle contending for 6A title. CCH will absolutely be a tough opponent for the birds..

It was a miserable day with a lethargic performance to put it nicely. I can see where 14 to 16 year olds would bail late in game.

Have watched several practices last couple weeks. He is the real deal.

Offense looked very sharp in the scrimmage. Can see this team putting up big points this year.

It's a killer schedule and it could hurt them. Teams like St X are so deep can run fresh horses out there all day long with little to no drop off and it does increase chances of someone getting banged up. I too am for a tough schedule but this is a little over the top

Not sure if it's accurate however I heard a couple of weeks ago the sign up numbers for the grade school team's were down. Hopefully that's turned around with some of the sign up posters they put up.
