The point is SK coach is a teacher/administrator they will never fire unless he breaks the law. Earlier in the post someone stated that Sk has seemed to under achieve in the past. My point is that I feel Kenton Co hires teachers who are stuck in one mode. It’s like they teach/coach out of a book. One style for years and never change for the differences in teams and kids yearly. I hear Steiner is the greatest guy off the court and lost on the court. By the stories from the players that hang around my house, it seems he is in it for himself more than the kid. Just my opinion.

True and proves the point. Frommeyer went down state first year and finished final 4. Last I believe lost in finals of regionals after losing one of the better players in the state with Jake Ohmer. Majority of the times teachers do not make good coaches. Theywant to coach out of a book and not coach the talent they have. Coaching changes yearly because talent pool of kids change.

He will never suit up at WVU. Huggins did that as a favor to maybe get some small school to look at him. I’m sure you was being sarcastic.

He would still be coaching at Kenton co. Kenton co always takes the easiest path in hiring. Kenton co hires teachers not coaches.

Brandon Hughes a transfer from Dixie last year may make noise at Beechwood this year. That kid is going to be 6’6” or better soon.

Fleek is 1 of the nicest players in the region. Agree don’t sleep on St. Henry all those kids played for Kevin Shea.

That’s why they play the games. I’m the first one to root against Cov Cath no matter who they play. They are good and deep always play hard though

Somebody that I agree with 100%. They need to go away. Enforce the wrong stuff and create nothing but problems.
