Again......apparently you know nothing about Mayfield. Would it make you feel better if we only scheduled 6a schools?We live in far Western Kentucky. I'm sorry we don't have a lot of the big time schools here locally like they do up in Northen Kentucky. Guess we need to drive 6 plus hours to better our schedule. Also, why do you think we need to upgrade our schedule? If things unfold like we want them to we will be playing for our 5th state title in a row! We have been 7 years in a row winning 5 of them. I'm pretty certain our schedule has prepared us for the post season.

Where do you get we struggled against NCC? They are a good football team. Did you think we would light up the scoreboard against them? And if not, that means we struggled against them? Last year was the first year we moved back up into 2a and wasn't it like their 4th or 5th straight appearance in the championship game and we knock them off and beat them for the title. So let me ask you this. Since we don't play anybody shouldn't NCC have beat us since they play such a tough schedule??? And for you to say we historically haven't played anyone is jus plain hilarious! For you to say that jus proves to everybody you don't know anything about Mayfield.

Not certain on the game stats yet. Was told Corbin had 19 total yards at the half. It jus makes me sick we gave them 3 TDS but that's part of the game I guess. Corbin looked like a different team in the 2nd half. I thought we was gonna put them away but they fought back and made a game of it. Congrats to Corbin on a hard fought game. But more importantly congrats to my cardinals for not giving up and holding on to the win.

We will be fine I think. Gave up 2 TDS on pick 6 and blocked punt.
