NDA current team has 8 seniors who have played together in Club since they were 11. That is an anomaly which will not happen again anytime soon. With the advent of Tri-State vs NKYVC, 8 girls staying with the same club for 7 years may never happen again. My opinion is Tri-State and NKYVC need to merge! What a powerhouse that would be for Cincy!!

NDA played 6 matches in 9 days and looked a little tired. I expect them to learn from this game, but Mercy did play well. Its gonna be a hell of a ride for State!

And Morgan Hentz is No. 22 on the 100 Senior aces in Prep volleyball. She is a treat to watch and I invite anyone who can come see her play. No doubt Kentucky Miss Volleyball....the best player ever to come out of NKY

NDA defeated the second GGCL school from Cincinnati last night....NDA vs St. Ursula 25-11, 25-17, 25-17. Whats left is Ursuline and Lakota East. Tomorrow night at NDA is Mercy...rematch of state championship....I hope NDA is ready to make a statement.

I couldnt resist. St. Henry wins the all A State tourney and K. Krauss and J. Tobler only make honorable mention? I thought this was a screwed up high school sports state but this is riduculous. :no:

Congrats to the 2014 NDA Volleyball team for a season we will never forget!!! 31-6 You showed inner confidence when you were not ranked in the Top 100 nationally, questioned by locals to win the region. You showed heart when you had signature wins in Chicago and realized your a great team. You showed humility when you beat your local rivals and won graciously. And you showed up at the State Tourney and played with all your heart!!! You are the NK Girls Volleyball all-star team!!!! Thank You for the run!:clap:

I was at the game watching from behind the fence in behind the goal in question. It was a hand ball and should have been called. In my opinion, the center ref is the worst referee in NKY and needs to retire. From his whistle blowing of shoulder to shoulder challenges to his constant banter to players and coaches, CCH coach was justified in being upset. I have watched this bungling referee for 15 years and he is pathetic. Maybe I will get my ref license so that he can retire....lol

CCH Boys - Please avenge the loss of 2012 to NCC!!! You deserve it!

Way to go NDA!! After two tough games, coming to hostile Ryle Gym and handling the Raiders says a lot about this teams character. Positive vibes means positive results! Keep it up at Asssumption.

NDA seeded 8th comes in 2nd with a new lineup and new coaching staff. Much better than 2013. NDA was fatigued after 2 tough three setters and can play with MacCauley when fresh. Quit questioning the coach and just enjoy the fun!!!

The NDA demons of last year have been exorcised! Time to quit talking about it and enjoy the new team and their eager will to win.....talented ladies who want to win on the court, not in a blog. Congrats to NDA Varsity 2014!!!!!!

NDA continues to be forgotten in the rankings. Prepvolleyball.com has Assumption and Mercy in Top 10, Ryle at N0. 87 and Henry Clay in the 60's. NDA not in top 100. It proves the point you just need to play and win. Rankings are for parents. LOL

NDA 25-18, 25-8, 25-16. NDA looked a little nervous with 3 new starters but settled down to win. New coaches and new speed of play is a learning process, but the talent will win. Beating top teams will also take a little luck but can be done.

Thanks for the Bulletin Board material wxyz! Post it in NDA's locker room. No one expects anything from them.....we will see...
