  1. Let me try again. Who do you think is the ball handler which number?
  2. I agree with RCC9 and like the example he used. Sometimes it is a position that needs to be filled. So an amazing guard may not get serious looks if a college is in need of forwards or vise versa. Hole in line up may be due to graduation, transfers, drop out, or life changes and that is what the coach is looking for in the short term. Also agree that playing team sports is never a bad thing and the life lessons learned can be invaluable.
  3. No highlight film but you can see her in following game when she was asked to play for Parmley during this tournament. #10 (white shoes) The Midwest Showdown - Elite Division: All Ohio Black EYBL vs. Kentucky Premier Parmley EYBL
  4. Agreed. She is a very talented player. Very athletic.
  5. Sophie Hagen - Junior Kennedy Baugh - I believe she is playing - Senior Allison Gribben - Senior Abby Tierney - Junior Danielle Rennekamp - Sophomore I would expect most of the scoring to come from these 5 players. May even be your starters. They should also have a couple of good freshman this year just not sure how much varsity time they will see.
  6. Could you post the 9th Region if you have the chance? Thanks in advance.
  7. See my post #27. Appear to be really good team. I enjoyed watching them. I unfortunately am not familiar with all the girls and their names specifically. I agree with RCC9 should be fund to watch them play.
  8. I saw Highlands play several times last year and I know those seniors (Adler, Coffey, Leigh, & Schultz) will be missed. I think it will be interesting to see who steps up and leads this team rather it will be this years seniors or underclassmen. During June ball 2016, I also saw them play and thought they played well as a team. Not saying they don't have outstanding players but their play (subbing and transition) appeared to be smooth no matter the 5 on the floor.
  9. She is a nice player. Saw her several times this summer in AAU ball.
  10. Where was the trainer or medical personnel? Any time I have witnessed an injury during a game it was up to the trainer to say if the player was able to return to the game immediately or even the next game played.
  11. Since this thread is about an open coaching position, any word on if they have hired someone?
  12. That is probably her younger sister, not Emily. Just guessing since I wasn't at game.
  13. Due to additional forecasted snow for Wednesday, the Conner game was not a guarantee. Playing tonight allowed all the seniors to play together on home court. Shout out to Ludlow as well as NDA staff for making this happen.
  14. Actually scored during the Scott High game but announced at home game tonight. The third big game for her this week scoring 26, 29, and 28 respectively.
  15. Memorial is okay but NKU will have a lot of good seats (not benches like Memorial on the one side). I am excited to see it local.
