Boone Co was unable to play tonight due to no school today. Class act by the Panthers!

Conner can't play tonight so this was a great gesture by Ludlow. But why does NDA reschedule the Conner home game for tomorrow and have another home game Saturday that could have been senior night. But again what a great gesture by Ludlow probably not knowing this

Class Act by Ludlow tonight. The staff at NDA worked hard to make this happen. 4 very deserving seniors got their night together as they should.

Due to additional forecasted snow for Wednesday, the Conner game was not a guarantee. Playing tonight allowed all the seniors to play together on home court. Shout out to Ludlow as well as NDA staff for making this happen.

Why did Conner cancel again? What are the rules, if any, on this?

When school is cancelled due to weather all evening activities are cancelled as well. Boone County (Cooper, Connor and Boone Hi School ) have strict policy on this to protect their students. Nothing Connor could do to prevent the issue.

Quite the unfortunate policy.

Huge shout out to Ludlow shut class and respect.

It's not an automatic if schools are cancelled.

(and you're killing me with Connor)

So much for all that. All Boone county activities after 3pm are on

This reminds me of the old middle school hoops controversy. Ockerman wasn't allowed to play in the State Middle School Tournament because of snow stuff but Conner Middle School played.

If there is one thing I have learned as a parent in the Boone County system and running BGP, the Boone County Board of Education is a disaster when it comes to sports.

Sounds like in your example it was the principal and not the superintendent's office.
