I think you are right RC. It has been exciting watching different players step up and make huge offensive and defensive strides when the "team" needs them to. I hope they continue to gel.
I agree. As one parent said after the Conner tournament. HHS came out "punching" (not literally) and NDA laid down. Not so much on Tuesday. Even after a quick HHS lead 9-0, the team believed in themselves and fought back (again not literally) to play a scrappy game.

Props to Gilliam who played defense for SK against Martin. She is quick and a hard working defender. They played AAU some this summer and earned a lot of respect for each other. Gilliam's speed and her defensive ability are definitely a plus for SK again this year.
13 points. Several steals. At times was covered by 2 -3 SK players which definitely opened the way for other NDA players to score. Pandas played aggressive and as a team. Hope more good games to come.
