I still have a game they did back in 13' DVR'd as one of the best games I've seen in awhile. It was a Cooper Conner game Then also.

Very scary. Car at high speed runs through several barracades and runs through a large crowd near the end of the parade route of the Omlahoma State Homecoming parade injuring more than 30 and at least 2 dead. Witnesses said people were thrown into the air a good 20 feet high as the car plowed through them. Very very sad news. The car was apparently driven by an intoxicated woman. They had at least 8 Aircare helicopters respond to the scene.

I know. There are 4 games going in the same time I want to see. This game, Ohio State, WKU and finally UK. Also want to send a prayer to the families and people involved in the Oklahoma State homecoming parade tragedy today. I hope the woman who drove the car into everyone never sees the light of day. Reports are she was intoxicated.

They are this year. Couple years back they did Thursday night games instead.

Would not make a deep title run IMO. Everyone in the playoffs is essentially "making a title run"

I want to congratulate the winner of Tonight's game for being the district champ in their first year moving up to 6A.

The same Mike Davis who came to Ryle and his offense was horrible during his tenure? The same Mike Davis who's great offense only scored 14 points against Dunbar last night? Yea Ryle misses him lol. Please show me any year the great OC was in Unionthat the team averaged as many points a game as they have this year.

Really? I think everyone nailed it and I believe I actually said after this run of playing bad teams that HHS fans would be so overconfident after this week that they would be talking about another title run. I think I nailed it even more so.

Does it really matter? Being 3 or being 130 in 6A gives you just as much of a chance to bring home the title this year c

You seem to dismiss the biggest reason Ryle struggled all night long. Their line could not block SK period. You can have 1000 plays in your playbook and the best WR and RB in the area but when your QB doesn't even have time to set his feet or the d line is beating your RB from getting the handoff then you won't succeed. Keep blaming the coaches. You same people are the ones who praised the same coaches when you were 6-0 playing winless teams. It all starts up front and Ryles front lines have been outmanned 2 of the last 3 weeks. That isn't coaches that is players.

You proved my point. Btw, running scared is not how I Would put it. There are always 2 sides to every story and the HHS and CCH folks always have their side.

To be fair, Dixie has not had the annual "one of the top 1 or 2 teams in NKY" every year either. I can't remember when HHS or CCH haven't both always been given the top 2 or 3 spots in the area even though HHS would hardly play any NKY team. Dixie is a team that has never been considered a top team in NKY. 1 run doesn't make a pereniel top team.

Sometimes people need to realize it may not be coaching at all but just the team itself. Just may not be as good as many thought they were to begin with. Remember they did play 3 winless teams out of their first 6. Why do people always want to blame coaching first? Grant Co. Was scoring big time at the beginning of the season, now look at them. Still no district wins. Is it the coaches fault? Ryle has some great athletes but when the line is overpowered they struggle big time. That isn't coaching, that is reality.

I don't think it was a problem At all moving England to the slot and not running him last night. England struggles against good D-lines and SK's line had their way with Rykes O-line last night which is why Morgan was running for his life. England is a north south runner, he doesn't have the speed to get outside against a dominating line. It showed in a couple of their last few games already. Moving England to slot was a great move as it showed on the first drive. The problem was after that drive he was double covered the rest of the night and Morgan had no time to let plays unfold and get his recievers into their routes before he had to get rid of the ball. England not getting the ball isn't as much of a coaching issue as it was how well SK's defense adjusted to him. I watched it on line and every pass to him he had at least 2 pioneers draped over him.

He has all the tools. As I said earlier this was the first game I've seen where he just didn't look comfortable. That was due to the line not giving him any time. He can make all the throws and has great velocity on his passes also. He will be good at the next level. Last night neither were lights out but that happens.

I wouldn't go that far. It wasn't coachin as Much as SK is just better.

Don't think either really looked very impressive tonight. They've both looked much better in earlier games.

Morgan does not look comfortable at all. Really bad throws he is trying to force.
