Final

...because so many people called that score.

The shock of the day. Going to need some details about this one.

Wow. Surprised by this score.

I'm assuming Keith Guy was out as expected, but I'm surprised that SC only put 14 points on the board.

Doesn't Scott County usually score 14 in about 3 minutes? Dunbar must have a pretty tough defense.

High powered offense stalled?

Looking forward to the Boyle - Dunbar game next week.

a bit of a head scratcher here!

I guess a Lexington school played some defense tonight.

I look for Scott County to drop down to 4th ranked team in 6A.

'Neer Nation is getting more excited by the minute!

Paul Rains is the best defensive coach in Lexington when he sets his mind to it. My guess is they played slow down on offense as well to give them a chance.

Slow down offense has worked to keep the score down the last 3 weeks. Bryan Station only 19 points Henry Clay 14 points and Scott Co. 14 points. They have a good defense and limiting possession by opponent is helping his cause. No Guy appeared to be a big factor.

I'd question any defensive coach that didn't 'set his mind to it' everyday, especially on Friday nights.

It's more a factor of the fact they have shifted offensive philosophy. One undeniable fact is PLD has played hard and will be tough matchup for Lafayette.
