I think I'm funny, but I don't think I can thank you for saying it because I don't think you really mean it. I haven't seen trinity, but if they are technically superior to ballow they must be pretty good. I look forward to seeing them play.

So you've seen Trinity twice, and how many times have you seen Covcath? Ballow and Litzler not getting any love? I hope they read this. Did you hear that boys, you're slow and technically inferior.

I know CCH doesn't get a lot of love for their scoring, but they have scored 13 goals in 4 games. Better than the rate of the last two years, and given the competition played so far. Think they need a few more games to really get clicking offensively. (too bad they missed those three... alright I'll shut up about that now). Defensively, probably better last year, but as groinpull mentioned on another thread, played well last night. I believe the game last year was 3-1. This CCH team is much improved, that may be the case with Trinity as well, but I think this game is going to be close.

Hopefully, if ScottEagle is a ref she recused herself from reffing this one.

So Covcath had a play earlier this year. Ballow crosses to Litzler who rolls the ball toward goal (probably going in), Lilly comes in and puts it away for the goal. Assist Litzer, Ballow, or both? Or, neither?

So, I have been complaining, and some have joked, but I think it is a distinct advantage to be playing and getting game experience now. I think NCC and Boone are in better shape than Covcath and others in number of games played to date. As was discussed, these games probably won't be made up. For CCH, hopefully no more games will be cancelled. Also, most are not having practice on the cancelled game dates. Below is the number of games played from the KHSAA website. I agree with you there is a difference. No offense meant to you or the other Cooper fans (mostly). The term "backed out" was aimed at a couple Cooper posters that have a bit of an inferiority complex and over compensate for it by spewing vitriol and nonsense. Evidently it had it's intended effect. However, it wasn't sufficiently targeted, and innocents were hurt as well. War is hell.

Maybe you've lost count, because it never happened. Most references to Cooper's schedule were as a direct comparison to CCH after their strength of schedule was questioned by what appeared to be Cooper fans.

I don't believe it was CCH that cancelled the game.

It's been my experience few club games called for rain/wet fields. Especially tournaments. Many rec games are cancelled. I guess HS is more like rec.

I was told it was not likely that game (cooper) would be made up. Holmes game might be because it is a district game. More doubtful the elder game will be made up.

Didn't realize you can't play soccer in the rain, or if it's rained any time during that day. Or if it were hot at some point during the day regardless of the temp at game time. Or if the football team will be using the field in the next day or two.

1st it was definitely an own goal. 2nd, while no one from CCH should have been happy with the performance, the two goals scored were not "lucky to scratch out." Both were well played and deserving. The second came in stoppage time. Give CCH credit for not giving up. They will have to do better next week.

We've waited this long for you to be right. Guess you'll have to wait a little longer for an apology from me.

As long as they keep underachieving 5-1 and 3-1 they'll be OK.
