I do not think they play on the same field as the FB team, I thought they had a Soccer, and Baseball field, that are about a mile from the school.

Can't be football. They do not use the same field.

Sitting in my basement office with zero windows.......my big black lab / storm predictor, is squezzing herself under my desk. That means that they saved us from sitting in storms tonight......

More than a mile (or at least it appears that way), but yes, they have a sports complex off campus.

Maybe we are talking about different places then... I am sticking with it being about a mile from the school. I guess it really does not matter where it is if they have called it off.

I was told it was not likely that game (cooper) would be made up. Holmes game might be because it is a district game. More doubtful the elder game will be made up.

For those much more familiar with soccer than I tell me what the usual requirements are for a soccer game to be cancelled.

It's been my experience few club games called for rain/wet fields. Especially tournaments. Many rec games are cancelled. I guess HS is more like rec.

Clyde, in some venues, it depends on if the football team plays the next day and the AD/football coach doesn't want to take the chance of messing up the field.......most other times, on turf, it is lightning....
