Campbell County vs Cooper (boys)

Featured Replies

Any score?

Cooper 4 - Campbell Co 2

Score was 4-0 at the half and remained there until the final 5 minutes. Campbell was able to capitalize on a a couple of defensive errors by Cooper and that's how it ended.

As Red Card mentioned, Cooper surrendered 2 goals in the final 5 minutes due to some miscues by the defense. I will also mention that 5 starters, were out at this point, some were sitting on a Yellow and others were nursing injuries.

Other than giving up the clean sheet in the last few minutes this was a pretty solid performance.

Goals were... Ross - 2, Snow and Workman. Dumaine had 1 for CC, not sure about the second.

I'll accept my apology from Offsides any minute now given that I predicted the score exactly.

Aside from that, who was on a yellow for Cooper and why? This game was at Cooper correct? Field condition?

Prediction was dead on... too bad they played about 90 minutes total last night, it should have been 4-0. The ref added over 5 minutes to each half, assume it was for all the fouls and chats that he had with players.

O'Brien, Adams, Cornforth, and Adams were on Yellows... this accounts for 3/4 of the back 4 on Defense.

It was at Cooper, unfortunately, if I accurately describe the field conditions I am assuming that I will get in trouble for using objectionable language.

We've waited this long for you to be right. Guess you'll have to wait a little longer for an apology from me.

I'll accept a free cold beverage prior to the CCH/Campbell game tomorrow night and we can consider that your apology.
