I always love your Threads, but didn't you say before that teams don't move down with a win? South Warren won, yet you moved them from #1 to #2 . May I ask why?

Great thread! I wonder who started it?? But just as I stated, there has been a fair amount of banter from both sides... Don't really see what this proves. My only point when posting in "THIS" thread is that BG fans always talk about SW fans bringing up BG all the time. This time it was you BG fans who brought SW into the discussion...

Not 1 South Warren Fan has posted in this thread, and not 1 fan brought up the SW vs BG rivalry. I have read all previous post and it seems BG fans are the ones puffing out their chest. Believe it or not I am happy for BG and their success. IMO there is nothing wrong with a little back and forth banter between fans, but to suggest it is one sided is absurd. Furthermore no one really knows who chose not to schedule who this season, so why don't we just agree to disagree on the circumstances surrounding that situation.

Cummings had a 40-50 yard diving catch in the first Quarter called back because of a holding penalty on the line. CJ Hayes also had a pick 6 called back because of a block in the back. Had these two plays stood, it would have been a vastly different game as well. Until Namvongs large 4th QTR runs, there were probably more penalty yards in this game than combined Offensive yards.

Man yall are playing them when they don't have EITHER of their starting RBs! Lol!!!

Tonight Bowling Green High took on South Warrens JV team and lost 18-9. Earlier this season Souths Freshman team also beat Bowling Green in a hard fought game. I will be the first to say that I am surprised that this happened at both the Freshman and JV levels! IMO SW is looking like they could be prepared to be a dominant force for years to come in the State. Congrats to those young men, and keep up the good work!

And South Warren lost 5 of their main players during that game... Still won convincingly!

2018 Amhad Price along with JJ Reed and Anthony Wales whom all play with the Nike Travelers 16U just received their first D1 offers. After a year playing up with the Travelers, I can foresee many more offers to come. Amhad is ranked #1 in his class by Prep Hoops and as also being shown interest from Vanderbilt and WKU. So Male beat Trinity by 30, and you all think that Trinity is the 2nd place team in the State? I don't understand your logic... If Alabama, UGA, or any other top College football team took a loss like that, there is no way they would remain in the top 1-3 spots in the rankings. The problem is you all are stuck in the old mentality of 6A is better than 5A, 5A is better than 4A, and etc.... Yall have to stop thinking that way because it leaves zero room for any other team to be considered top in the State. Hear is a question for you... If South Warren, Boyle County, and Trinity go undefeated the rest of the season and they all win a State Championship, who would be #1 ? A team with undefeated records who have dismantled every team it has come across (including 5A/6A teams), or a team that has one awful loss on their record???

Completely disagree! But I have seen Trinity play. Have you seen SW, Johnson, or Boyle? In person, video, or anything....

It's not just because they lost but how they lost.... And losing the way they did is not showing they are playing on another level IMO.

State Top 5 1. Male 2. South Warren 3. Scott County 4. Johnson Central 5. Boyle County Others for consideration.... Simon Kenton, Bowling Green, and Trinity.

And that was without their Starting QB, Leading WR, starting C/DT, etc.... If they were full strength, they would have won by 40 plus.... South Warren is the REAL DEAL!

Yes! Not even close after watching BG not score in the 2nd half against WC. Also, WC had 2-3 chances from the 10 or closer that they didn't score/ turned it over. That WOULD NOT happen to South Warren!

3A and 6A are the only classes I believe will not be won by the West. Other than that, I believe the West asserts its dominance this year.
