I think the Reds need to take the best prospects they feel they get in return for their guys. So if it's a stud pitcher, go for it. But look at the Cubs recent success with all the offense that has come up through the system. I think the Reds need to focus on getting offensive threats back.

The schedule is really favorable this year, 8 home games is a huge advantage. And the road games are against teams they really can beat besides UGA. AJ Reed will eat himself out of the game if he's not careful. Heck of a ball player, but he needs to stay in the AL. His defense is really below average so a DH gives him an opportunity to make it.

Don't know why they would trade for a catching prospect when they already have a young guy in the majors and have a few guys already in the system. Especially since they just drafted one in the first round.

It's that time of year where "unamed sources" come up with "injury" speculation. Anything a source talks about fear of him being injured take it with a grain of salt. People are just trying to install fear and bring the asking price down.

I still think it was the hour delay that caused the issue. I think his next start he should be fine. It looked more mechanical than anything really. But that could be because he was injured.
