I am not sure they're in with a loss. They definitely get in with a win, but with a loss, they may need a Lasalle win vs Elder and Elder needs a win for a home game, so LaSalle winning is not a given. They need Mentor to win over Elyria also. They get no help from CovCath @ Scott County or the Moeller win over the winless Canadian team, Cathedral's season is over so no help from them. If the Bombers lose they could possibly be sitting at home at 5-5. My gut feeling is the Bombers travel to Louisville thinking they NEED a W badly. Bombers win.

I always thought that it was strange that Tom Bolden did not try to develop a passing attack for the Cardinals because when Tom Bolden was the QB for Colerain, he set all or most of the passing records for Colerain and still holds them. He also had (or maybe still has) Steve Schweitzer as his QB coach. Steve was Tom's HS QB coach, so the knowledge is there, but the offence philosophy of Kerry's Coombs's OC, Rick Haynes, still predominates the Cards Offence.

So. they need to be creative. If school starts at 7:30 am, then have the signing activities at a local restaurant at 7:00 am so that it is not at the school and the students can make it to school by 7:30 am.

Coach Hauck was one of my high school teachers at HHS. Later in life, I appreciated him much better. Very nice man.

It was supposed to be a pitch out, but it went forward and was called a pass. It was incomplete and since a pass, not a fumble.
