You are very correct! Weyer was able to knock down those same shots against Cooper, so I wouldn't call them "low percentage" as some are saying. People are quick to down a great player when he has a bad night. That officiating crew called over 20 fouls just in the first half alone......i'm just saying.

It's your "but" statement that sends the wrong message. What proof or thought do you have that Cooper, HC, NCC or any of the other teams lack "discipline, coaching, talent, and depth of their bench"? I see that as your opinion which is fine and dandy, but that opinion only makes a team which you think may be the only team to posses those traits better than any other in thought of the person giving it. I agree with Mr.Sixer, there is no true top team in the 9th, that will all be decided later down the line.

I say separated by classes, because maybe a 1A player really isn't as talented as a 6A, but gets selected because he was able to put up big numbers in a lower class of play. That does not make them the better player. (I just used 1A and 6A as a range, so don't anyone take that personally). Really, how much do you think a coach in one class knows about a player in a different class unless they have to play them? I guess that's where the so called "politics" come in.

This is why this whole NKFCA selection is a not a perfect example of who deserves to be there or not. Should it be separated by classes? QB's such as Brown and Racke lead their teams to District and Regional(Racke) titles. It appears that personal stats makes a better case than game time performance and team leadership. I'm not sure how the selection was made, but as a coach Brown and Racke were the two qb's that I would have had the bigger concern for if I had to face them. I'll just put them on my NKGPA (Northern Kentucky Gametime Performers Association) team.:thumb:

Correcto.....that was just a little side joke about the officiating. HC played well on both ends of court and took advantage of all opportunities.

I,m looking at passing yards for QB. If you know Coopers offense, it wasn't designed for the QB to get a bunch of rushing yards.

I agree with you there, he was third behind KF, and TM with numbers. Is this selected by all NKY coaches?

No Nathan Brown?? Dante/Brown was the best QB/Receiving combination in the Northern Kentucky. No one ever believed in that kid, and apparently they still don't. For a 1st year qb, I think he did pretty well.

I have yet to see a Duke game where the fans are actually on the court (since they started this heckling gig), next to the inbounding player, and I've been watching ACC basketball for many years. If they are at court level, they are separated by the table partition which gives a little distance. I'd have to see that picture you're talking about to believe that.

Great example, but the difference is the Duke kids are in the bleachers and NOT at court level or actually on the court with their heckling.

That's where Sully does a great job of putting the boys on the floor that can make up when Sean may have an off night. It's one game that we have seen, and no one can truly judge the improvement of these boys from last year off 1 game. IMO, there's a lot of scorers on this team from the 1,2 and 3 positions.
