Even if they do, they don't have the speed to contain Moore on the edge. I have watched both, and I am in the court that Dixie wins big.

Hats off to whoever coaches the lines for the Tigers. Mt Healty they were physically dominated. Reports were it was even worse vs Dixie. From what I watched yesterday, it was their line physically beating up Cov Cath. That first drive really set the tone. They converted three or four third and three or fours in a row, not but throwing it but by handing it off and running it right at them. That was unexpected in my eyes, but it's that OL and DL play that makes me wonder if their is a 1a team that can hang with them. Some things to work on, both RBs put it on the ground yesterday and occasional poor tackling, but overall a great game all around. I was impressed by the poise the QB showed, couple games I watched he showed a tendancy to get a little rattled, but he was very poised in and out of the pocket.

It's only SK fans that want Camp County that high so they can claim a quality win. Nobody is fooled, but by default SK gets #2. It's HHS, SK, Dixie, BW, and a bunch of mediocrity.

I will say it again. BW is the best 1a team in the state. Can run, throw, and line is starting to dominate, watching this one on TV they were getting 5 yards a pop. Very experienced team, Line is senior laden.

Big schools get very little SOS points for playing them. My assumption, and this I don't know, is there is somehow a system in place that assigns a KY team an Ohio classification for SOS modeling, i.e. BW would be assigned a D5 SOS rating, or D4. Again, you continue with symantics. You are right. I said "no". Meant that figuratively rather than literally, but if you want to focus on that, cool by me. You brought it up trying to discredit Mt Healthy by using computer rankings, which I countered by saying they are hurt right now by playing BW. If you feel that a win vs BW does as much for them as a W vs another D1 or D2 Ohio school, then I simply cannot help you. If it did, all teams would follow the SK scheduling model. Last point. I like the system because it keeps teams from scheduling down, like a few Kentucky teams do just to get wins. Not all wins are equal. So, the difference in "no points" and negligible points is minimal, you are splitting hairs to try to support your argument. Teams know BW is very solid. A loss hurts them, a win does very little. Risk vs reward. Bottom line is Mt Healthy is good. Top 3 d2 team in cincy. LaSalle is cream of crop, but the Owls are right there.

Lol. You do realize they get zero points for playing an out of state school like BW, so they are a game down? You do realize this is a computer, not humans? First 5-6 weeks of Harbin are typically meaningless, and do nothing except set the playoff seeds. Mt Healthy is very good. What they are seeing in these rankings is why teams like BW have such a hard time getting an Ohio team to play them. If SK was playing under same system, they would not be in playoff hunt right now due to SOS.

Very good 1-2 punch out of backfield for Tigers. I realize Holmes not very good, but this team feels different. Line jelling, QB starting to look like a leader, and big #7 is becoming a force as a WR/TE. I can't envision a better 1a team in state right now.

Yup. FINALLY they play a 6a team, albeit a bad 6A team. This team not nearly as good as last year, and wait until they lose their stud LBs and those two tackles on the OLine. This year will be a disappointment, but next year will be back to the norm for SK football, the've actually scheduled a little bit. No more 2a schools to feed the egos.
