an all state time would close the gap with Trinity but 30 days is not enough being this Trinity squad has been together far beyond just this season. Both thier offense/defense is schemed to near profections. This alone would give The Rocks the advanage on an all state time.

Jackson is Beast and you are right he should get more justice in this thread. But don't worry I think by this time next year he will right in the mix when it counts. BTW I think he's better suited to play Safety.

I agree with just about all you stated but I think you under estimate just how quick Dawkins really is. As I've stated before Dawkins is the only player the I've seen in person that's a little quicker than J Quick. Quick has more long speed than Dawkins. He will out run Dawkins in 100ms. But Dawkins will win in 40 yards or less and is more shifty. I think it's fair to say non of the three are much faster or quicker than each other.

Early predition for the for the first time Ky's History the three Leading Candidates will be James Quick,Dalyn Dawkins,and Travis Wright all from the same team. Here's why Quick 80 catches for 1,410 yards 22 TDs Dawkins 237 carries for 1,919 yards 34 TDs. BTW Best season for a RB in Trinity historys Wright 71% completion 3,006 yards passing 39 Td passes and only 3 INTs all against argruibly against one of the nations toughest schedules and guess what! they play same schedule plus one again next year.

I just veiwed Ryan Timmons youtube highlights. He is indeed an awesome football player and probably one of the best in the state. I need to see him against better competion than whats on the highlight to comform that. But when it comes to Mr Quick he has proven what he can do time and time against the some of the nations best programs. He is not only the best Wr in the state he also the best Wr in the nation in the class of 2013. Not just my opinion that's per Elder, Cathedral, MBA,Cin. St X, Moeller Ect. All the Coaches made big comment about Quicks play. So I think you are being bais to Ryan Timmons quite a bit cause no one is way faster or quicker than Mr. Quicker. You may find a player or two the maybe a little tad bit faster or quicker. In fact the only player that I've seen that's little quicker is his teammate Dawkins.

whoh raiderbird hold your horses. its clear that you believe Towles is the best but i have to tell you that they both are very exceptional Qbs. Given the sucess they both had up to this point,some will say they like Towles more and some will say the like Wright more. this doesn't make one side wrong or right but please don't like your opinion discount Travis's ability. He is 6'1 & thats D1 height. I happen to know he is being look at by numerous D1 schools. Having seen both qb's play I believe it's a toss up on who i like better.

First I'll say this. I have mad Respect for the Birds & I also root for them. I've also gone on record saying that I Believe they are a National power but come on man, I was at the Highlands Trinity game. Highlands played the best kids they had on both sides of the ball to win, they simply were over matched by the Rocks. I paid close attention to subbing I even have the game on film. So please don't say Highlands subbed much more liberally on D or any other spot than Trinity.

Well Clyde my friend you are entitled to your opinion. and time will tell but I think you are going to find that Travis will be a D1 QB. Yes I'm entilted to my opinion as well but however I also have some information that you do not have about his recruitment which is why I go on record saying that chances are he will be a D1 Qb.

while I don't disagree about that stud reciever. I will disagree on Wrights arms strength. His arm strength is on the same level as Brian Brohm. I think most question his arm Stength cause as a sophomore Coverdale didn't trust him throwing the ball down field as a result he threw mostly screen & Short Passes. Which BTW I think cost them game against Cincy St. X last year, that & not getting the ball into hands of Dawkins AKA The Roadrunner. But anyway if you look at what Travis has done passing down the field this year he has proven he is a D1 QB. BTW Bolin is 1b on my list he also is a special QB.

That would a great match up for next season. But if they play this season I say The Irish would win by 10. The Irish offense is Bigger & more balananced pass,run then Highlands. IMO

I've watched Highlands play Trinity and have watched BG vs St X. even tough the Birds were no match for the Rocks I was very impressed with there discipline and Defensive Schemes and because of thier dfense I'll give the edge to Highlands in a match up with BG. The Purples have shown me that they are definiatly one of the Best teams in Ky this year but the Birds would win in a close one if the played this year IMO. Good luck to the Purples & Birds in nexts weeks Finals.

The Irish are 4a with 5a being the largest class. State Champs 12-3. The losses were to Ben Davis in OT 24-21 Cathredarel had the ball at BD's 1 yard on 4th down and elected to go for the win and they were stopped. The Irish lost to Warren Central by 3. I believe final 27-24. They lost Trinity by 22. The final was 36-14 most believe they were the Rock's toughest opponet.

T's defense doesn't get the credit that it should. You may be able to get a play or two on them but you can't be consistant on them. T truely has a shut down Defense as Scott county will soon find out.
