Double the :popcorn::popcorn: Just stop! Good luck to the girls against NCC tomorrow night. While I do not support the current coaching situation, and trust me, they know that.... I do support the girls and program. I have been to every home game (excluding the Dayton game) and a few away games this season. ND is the team to beat in the region, and the state, in MHO. But you never know in this game, stranger things have happened. Good luck to the Birds, especially the seniors! Go Birds! Beat Breds!!

Careful Kings- You are welcome to private message me as well. Are you suggesting that the other two were not good players? One went to an elite high school aged Ohio Elite club team for players that decide not to play high school and the other happens to be on a Kings Academy team. If only you knew half as much as you thought you knew. You have previously stated your relationship and obvious interest in all of this and most know about your club affiliation. I will tell you that the reason for the departures has more to do with the whole TRUTH, than it does anything else. I doubt very seriously that any of us want that posted here. My suggestion is that you tread lightly and speak only about what you KNOW. There is more truth out there about all of this than fiction. You continue to believe what you want. The facts are the facts and it has impacted this HHS team. There have been some very good players decide that they are better off not playing for their high school team. Including some that did not come out at all. That is a fact. THAT is sad! It has very little, if anything, to do with disgruntled parents. The parents that I know, of girls that have decided not to play for this team, would never make, or encourage, their child to quit a team. In fact they would encourage the exact opposite. It is unfortunate.

Honestly, it wasn't a pretty game. Is what it is. HHS next plays in the 7th place game on Saturday.

Highlands next plays the loser of the match between Manual v Lexington Catholic (Being played tonight) tomorrow night, while Assumption will play the winner of that match.

Nice win for the Birds after losing a scrimmage to the Camels earlier in the season.

Give them a break Jack! They obviously have a vested interest. Based on screen name likely a club affiliation. I am not going to get into this, however, based on my experience, a perceived conflict, is a real conflict. It is what it is. This site is built on opinions. Take it or leave it.

Yes- Some of them that signed with out of state FCS schools did hold offers from the likes of Murray, Morehead, Austin Peay, etc....While the Ivy's and Dayton do not necessarily offer athletic scholarships they do have methods to entice those that are athletically gifted enough to play a sport at their university. The offers can be VERY attractive. The education is priceless.

Heard there will be a "fitness center" type facility in the old girls gym and a full blown gym for the athletic teams in the new facility in Death Valley. Should be REALLY nice! Well deserved too I might add.
