We came out and under-estimated a much improved Nicholas County team. They really shocked us in the first quarter. We finally got it together and started playing like we should and LCA took control of the game. Congrats to Nicholas County for the best game the have played against us in a while.

We will have our whole team this week except for starting cornerback Hunter Rowe. He will be out till next week with a concussion.

LCA will fight it based on geography. Interesting fact, Mayfield is at 199 exactly.

I think Hazard will win this one, though I hope Will Thomas plays great.

No, I'm saying they are using their geography and how every other sport at LCA is still 1A to appeal to stay where they are.

Don't bank on LCA playing 2A next year.

Wow, I don't know about this one. I think your forgetting about LCA last year, Beechwood teams of the 90's, and Pikeville teams of old. Their opponents dressed 13 people.

yes indeed LCA players absent from the game: Starting linebackers Chad Hall and Sam Maybriar and their backups Evan Grant and Saun Hoke. Starting defensive lineman Josh West. Starting cornerback Adam Hilton and other starteing cornerback Hunter Rowe went down half-way through the game. Team Captain and Starting outside linebacker Max Barjuca. Also Michael McFadden was injured. LCA did the best with what they had and with many people filling in positions they had never played anymore.

LCA does once they get their players back.

I agree, Raceland should win this one by a big margin if they come out and play their best.

CAL played hard till the very end, good game to them.

What papa pigskin said, Lynn Camp played dirty the whole second half.

I talked with the players before the game and from what they told me they only have about 300 kids in their highschool.

Can anyone tell me how well Will Thomas Collins performed?

Tennesse has a differant system for classes, but they are the same as a 1A school
