Hard for me to buy in to a few of these teams, but, on the other hand, I can't think of anyone who'd be more worthy thats not listed.

I understand LCA got beat bad last week. But that wasn't the real team on the field. They may not have won last week. But I bet it wouldn't be a 50 or 60 point defeat if they had all those starters that were missing.! So I wonder why they had to drop like they did. I know a couple teams that lost by 30 or 40 points this year and they didn't drop like that. And they wern't missing 7 to 9 players.

So how long will the 7 to 9 players be out? No excuses.

It doesn't matter. Things will shake out. If LCA wants to be rated higher, the guys will have to earn it.

No excuses.

You're right (see above post).

To echo Scribe, my question is how long will those guys be out?

How can you accurately rank them without knowing the answer to that quesiton?

My understanding was that 5 defensive starters were out for disciplinary reasons and 2 out with injuries and then 1 or 2 others got injured in the 2nd half when Lex Cath exploded on them. The score was just 16-0 at the half and then LCA gave up 38 points in the 3rd qtr due to 2 fumbles, an int and basically giving Catholic a short field the whole qtr. To answer the question, I'd think the disciplinary issues would likely be resolved this week and those kids back, unsure about the injuries. I don't think LCA would have beaten Lex Cath even with all there kids playing, but, I seriously doubt the score would have been that lopsided. The offense for LCA struggled to move the ball against Catholic, so, they likely wouldn't have scored more than a TD or so, regardless, but, also would have likely held Catholic to somewhere in the 30's, maybe less, without the turnovers...

We will have our whole team this week except for starting cornerback Hunter Rowe. He will be out till next week with a concussion.

I think LCA will eventually move us some, but there are a lot of questions about them right now and many may be a little unsettled to have them very high until things are straightened out.
