This team will be solid. They will be a sleeper in the 10th region. I look for them to make a very good run at regions and have a successful season. They will have some great players such as Teegarden, Kremer, Vann, Rebholze and Shephard. Those are the only ones I know but they are all very good ball players.

The bottom line to that is the number 1 Holmes Bulldogs were playing an unranked Dixie Heights team and almost got beat by them. Bottom line to that is if I'm a betting man I would put money on it saying that Holmes will not even make it to the final four.

Look I say if Elijah fouls out with 5 minutes to go then Dixie pulls the upset that night. I think everybody in the gym that night would agree with that.

He also needs to stay out of fould trouble. The ONLY reason Dixie didnt pull the upset off on February 2nd is Pike only played about half to three fourths of the game at most. He was in foul trouble the whole game. This is going to shock some of you all but im going with the Colonels on this one. Hatton and Pike will have big games. Hatton will go for 15+ and Pike will go for 18+. I dont think the Dogs have been playing well as of late and I think them over looking the 8th seeded Colonels will bite them in the rear this game. The Holmes vs. Dixie game might be closer than some people expect. Remember Dixie only lost by 3 last time they played. They lost by 3 with their big man (Zeke Pike) sitting out the last 5 minutes of the game.

Krumps will always get the job done. IMO I think it would be safe to say at the end of the season Dixie, Ryle and Boone will prove themselves and end up in the top 25. Also with Connor and Cov Cath in the honorable mention category.

In comparison, pitching to a Continental team would be like pitching to a Cooper, Newport, Holmes, Villa, Ludlow. While pitching to a National league team would be like pitching against the teams such as Cov Cath, Ryle, Boone, Dixie, Highlands, and Connor. The Amercian league teams up here I'd say were the teams like Lloyd, Bellevue, Simon Kenton, Scott, St. Henry, Holy Cross, etc.

Holmes gym is enormous. I would have never guessed it only sits 3000 people.
