Duke and Old Miss play in the Gator Bowl at 7:30pm on ESPN. They’ll have all the viewers since there is no Thursday night NFL game.

8 games on Saturday plus the Bengals. Not going to get anything else done.

I'm glad I had a black coat for my section. I don't own an orange one. I did have an orange wool hat on but I didn't care.

I believe Iosivas has done everything that has been asked of him in being that third wide receiver. Boyd was fine (I had no problem with him since he had a lot of great moments), but Iosivas is a great story being a 6th round pick. In regards to the York kick, there was potentially something to lose. Cleveland appeared to have everyone coming to block the kick. A blocked kick returned for a TD would not have been a good way to end the half. People are warming up to York.

I was at the game today. Some random thoughts. My new thermal underwear from Dick's did nothing for me. I was cold the whole game (doesn't help that my section doesn't get any sun). I thought it was silly that the Bengals were promoting "striping" sections in orange and black for a cold weather game. Do it when it is warmer! I think Burrow is both playing in a spectacular fashion and making bad judgment mistakes in his attempt to will the Bengals over the line. Iosivas is quickly making us forget Tyler Boyd. Bengals crowd at the end of the half when York lines up for a 59 yard FG....no, no, no, no, no, YES! There was certainly a big odor of pot on the East Plaza before and after the game! I'll be happy if the Browns stay this bad forever. I thought the DL played well...I didn't miss Hubbard at all. What did someone have to pay to have "Squid 2" promoted like it was at today's game? There was some sort of Squid 2 skit on the field with the cheerleaders and then the characters visited our section and were taking picture in the aisle during a critical part of the game. OK, who can tell me how to claim my free Donato's pizza when the kid hit the 40 yard FG? Nobody was handing out coupons, there were no instructions on the video board and I can't find anything online about it. The whole stadium is supposed to get free pizza.

What are the players learning in school to warrant paying a tuition? They are basically just ambassadors for their schools who make millions off of their skills. I don't like it, but that's the environment in the NCAA today.

At work, I'm in a college bowl pool where I can win several hundred dollars after the full 47 game schedule is over. Of course, I'm all about the Jackson State/South Carolina State Cricket Celebration Bowl for that kind of money.

The Ft. Wright 3L location is closing 12/23 according to the dining room manager (we ate there last night). The "other" Ft. Wright location at the top of Highland near Dixie Hwy will remain open for now.
