Yes the Hounds are as good as many think.4-0 on the season winners of 23 straight regular season games.And the Hounds are still playing with alot of young players that are getting better every game.

With district play getting ready to start WC needs to regroup find themselves as a whole football team.

Much closer than I thought it would be. SL played very good on defense.They loaded the D-line up and shut down our running game.Corbin as a team did not play good tonight they looked flat.SL played they way they should in a big rival game and we didnit.But as ugly as it was Corbin got the win that is why Corbin is a very good team.There will be nights like that when nothing is going right. Corbin 4-0 on the season good job Hounds.

I would like to clear up what I posted last week about NL coaches telling players good job for cheap shots. Thats not what I meant I had to go back and read what I posted I know that is what it sounded like but is not what I meant.I'm not giong to try to explain what I meant because right now no one would beleave me .But what I do want to do is to say i'm sorry to the NL coaches , fans and who ever else that post affended .I AM SORRY

Looks like he was down but that by no means would have made a different in the game Corbin by far was the better team on the field. That was 1 play would not have hurt the Hounds or the score at the end of the game.Corbin won get over it and move on to next week.

There a big difference in physical play and cheap shots.You must had a blind fold on your eyes on the other side of the field.Congats to Coach Jewell for keeping his players under control can't say that for Larkey and his bunch....They need to learn how to coach to win not hurt players liked they were trying to do.If you couldn't see that then you are blind.Now we have beaten the Jags in style lets get ready for South Friday. I kwow several players on the NL team that is what i heard from them also.I would think they would know more than you think you know.

I have watched 3 NL games this year in all 3 games they were dirty play.That goes back to the coaching staff for letting that go on. For the ones that say NL coach will displine for there actions thats a joke they get smack on helmet and told good job do it again. THE REFS WAS A JOKE TONIGHT.. Corbin play a very solid game running, thowing, defense it was all solid. The O-line and D-line looked really good again tonight. Very pround of the HOUNDS keep it going down the road to SL next Friday. Jimmy great job on the feild it looked good from what it looked like the night before 3 games was played on it in the mud it was tore all up great job.

I hope he does plan to win every game just like every coach out there tries to do.

Once again we were smaller on the lines but the players are strong and quick that is making up for the size. Corbin should win in a close one 28-21.Fritts I think is back heard that he did pratice yesterday.Defense should be fine.We have to hold on to the ball better this week.Turn overs can make our break you.

Yes we can throw the ball what I meant was that we didn't throw alot in the game.I wasn't meaning that Mitchell wasn't a good QB sorry for the confusion.

I agree he needs to hold on to the ball.Not use to him having ball handleing promblems.Don't think he fumbled that many times all of last year.But don't have to worry he will be find.

We looked alright in the win but still lots of room for improvement.Taylor looked real good on defense and offense.We didn't pass much Mitchell did have 2 touchdowns 1 running 1 passing.Way to many fumbles we did recover some of them but have to hold on to the ball better.Defense did pretty good.We had alot of flags on us.Look forward to this week at Pigskin.Not use to plain grey helmet like the C on them.

There again if he had the 1st down that would be just trying to get more out of nothing. But if Watkins would have done the same thing nothing would be said. Sounds to me like some players are uptight with him coming in way after pratice had started and seeing some varsity play. But also remember he is still just a kid. He will help the HOUNDS this year and yes he will make some mistakes, just like every player that steps on the field this year.

Hoover will be just fine. As far as being scared no he's not. If you watch college and NFL you will see at times even they will back paddle or run backwards but that doesn't make them scared just trying to make a play out of nothing. And yes by doing that sometimes they will take a loss instead of taking what they could of have gotten in the first place.Hoover is a tough kid.:thumb:

The grid went all right last night. Defense looked pretty good. Offense did alright but stuggled in passing.I still look for the Hounds to have a good season. Two long touchdown runs 1 by Watkins and 1 by Taylor.Harlan County was big on both lines.

We looked good at times and at times we didn't look so good. I thought the o-line and d- line did all right. The offense are working out there bugs. We didn't pass much so don't know much there.Corners looked alright.Line backers alright.Had more than normal with players going both ways .We do have alot of room for improvement.Fritts and Jewell got hurt don't know status on them. JV was the same way high and low.These games let you know what to work on.We will look better this week.

How have they been looking in pratice? Does it look like the O-line and D-line is shaping up? Hear that Vinny has come back. Does he look to fill the safety spot or maybe fill in as wideout? I hear Roman is looking good. And the back feild is good. I was told that in the football standings that Corbin is rank #2. Does any one no any thing on that? Is the scrimmage still on for Friday?
