Attended my first game of the year and it was a good game. Both team had several chances but just couldn’t finish. Both goalies had some nice saves. The excitement was overwhelming so I left with about 10 minutes left to go in regulation for date night. Good catching up with some folks including pizza connoisseur @Just Sayin and finally getting my autographed copy of Nothing More, Nothing Less, Nothing Else (Ken Shields story as told by Dave Schabell).

I'm thinking about a guest appearance tonight. Anything goes when these two rivals go head to head!

Stats were fairly similar other than the fact he learned from big brother how to get to the line to score during the state tourney. From the field at state he was 8-20 (40%) and from 3 he was 2-6 (33%) For the year he was 46% and 37.8% but he was 15-19 from the charity stripe. He will put up some good numbers this year.

HMMM, would this be CBU commit Aiden Ruthsatz or is there another one running around? Looking forward to watching him play.

With very small schools a lot of time they are not really ready for the next step but rather have caught lightning in a bottle. Hard to make aggressive schedules not knowing how many athletes will be strolling the hallways over the next few years. Seems like they have had a nice little run and I would like to see them establish themselves in a few sports.
