Kitchen was a no-show for camp yesterday.

:thumb: Some of our boys leave for the Down and Dirty Lineman camp today. This should be great training for them.

Last night's 7 on 7 was canceled due to the weather. Hoping for better weather so we can play next week. For a complete schedule check out the calendar on the new web site.

:banana: The website is sponsored by the Booster Club and designed by our President Joe Grubb. Most of it is still "under construction" but will feature videos and game excerpts once the season is underway.

7 on 7 scrimmage tonite at Russell. Coach Copley will be trying Jordon Hamilton and Cameron Crum out in the QB position. This will be a good opportunity to check out the Musketeers. Also, we will have a short Booster meeting tonite at 6pm at the Field. Hope to see everyone at one or the other!

:thumb: Practice resumes today at Greenup County. The boys showed their true spirit yesterday at the funeral service for Zach. Dressed in their Jerseys they truly showed the "One Team, One Family" mentality that Coach Copley is developing. Long after the family and most friends had left the gravesite, the team stood there by Zach. I don't think any of them wanted to leave. This will be a tough day for them, and it will be tough on them for a long time to come. I am so proud of our young men.

Thanks for the information. This is going to be a rough weekend for the family and our Team and we appreciate all the thoughts and prayers.

A large group of young men from the team went out to the Meenach's this morning. The boys are naturally very upset. They are meeting later today at the Field House to talk. Practice has been cancelled and the boys excused from school. Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with the Meenach's.

Zach Meenach a Freshman at GCHS and son of Coach Brian Meenach and Ruth Meenach, was killed in a car accident after last nights' baseball game. Zach was a key player for the Musketeer Football Team and a great kid. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family.

This is such a tragedy. The entire team will be devastated. Our thoughts and prayers are with Brian and Ruth during this terrible time.

Waiting on weather. Laying sod was to expensive. The company we contracted with will be laying down a mixed grass seed that should grow fast and be ready within three months.
