  1. Maybe I just haven't seen him enough, but that's my opinion from what i've seen.
  2. True about them recently struggling, but what are the HC faithful supposed to do. They had very legitimate chances against Beechwood and CCH and no one would call someone crazy for them picking them to win either of those games. Also, those two games were close. Overall, HC has been playing pretty good the last two games just can't seem to get over the hump and win that big game.
  3. I can see where your coming from, but IMO he is still a solid ref in the games that I have seen.
  4. Chappie is also a very fine ref. Really gets into the game with his calls and is very entertaining, while effective.
  5. :notworthy::notworthy::popcorn::popcorn::popcorn: That would be well worth the admission.:thumb:
  6. I think Cov Cath is hitting their stride at just the right time with a win over rival Holy Cross. I see them winning this one by around 6 or 7 with the game being in the 50's. I see Ives having a pretty good game and Wellbrock being a beast on the boards. I don't think St. Henry has the height to keep him off of the boards.
  7. Good game throughout as both teams were going back and forth throughout the whole game and I don't think there was a lead bigger than 5 throughout the whole game. Holy Cross's zone in the second half seemed to give Highlands problems in the beginning of the second half when Holy Cross came back and took the lead from down 5 in the first half. Near the end of the game Holy Cross had a chance down either three or four with the ball and as Giwa was bringing up the ball it appeared as if he was tripped or fouled or something and he just lost the ball which isn't usual. Highlands recovered and Holy Cross had to foul them. IMO very questionable no call, but I didn't have a great view of it, it just seemed odd that Giwa would have lost the ball without anything happening. The Indians are playing good ball just can't seem to get over the hump right now.
  8. Anyone have any stats or analysis of the game...Eta do you have the recap of the game?
  9. Just curious as I never saw Lofton play in high school, but how or what makes him better then Ferg at this stage? Also, it says something to score 3000+ points in your career.
  10. So if he was to get over the 2000 mark that would make three kids at the same school graduating in the same class with 7000+ points......That's unheard of. :scared::eek::notworthy:
  11. I'm gonna go with Villa over Ludlow, then St. Henry over Villa in a very surprising, close game at Villa's home court. On the other side I see Dixie beating Lloyd. In the finals I think Dixie will come out as a very improved team and beat St. Henry to win the District.
  12. I guess delete this since someone else started one after me and people have been commenting on that.
  13. Mitch had to feel good to see that response when he came into the game from both student sections and really the whole gym. I know it's been tough for the kid and hopefully he can re-gain some strength and get back out there.
  14. I highly doubt she would still go against Holmes just because she went to Holy Cross. IMO i don't think that would come into effect. Also, I don't think she calls it bad just against Holmes. I was at the Connor game and HC game and I think she was pretty bad all around, not just against Holmes. JMO.
  15. That's fine and that's your opinion about her I have no problem with that. My question was why was the shot about her being a HC grad needed at the end, because it was irrelevant to her reffing.
  16. What does her being a Holy Cross grad have to do with her being a bad ref? It is irrelevant that she was a HC grad.
  17. We'll talk about it when the game comes closer, but everyone knows that Holmes will be the huge favorite, that's no surprise.
