I think that if this team will buy into Coach Halls way of coaching and work hard everyday in and out of practice that they have a great chance in winning their district this year. I say why not! Christian Brewer will help this team tremendously alone with the experience the underclassmen got last year. Sounds exciting. Can't wait to get started! He needs the playing time regardless who he's playing for. Sports guy said it clearly. He played for DSAS last year so that makes more sense to me.:thumb:

There is a kid that played for Team Kentucky this weekend at the Royals tournament... I am told he plays for Clarke County. He is tall and has braids. Was dunking the ball with relative ease. Good ball player. He would go out of the game and the team would seem to get down or lose focus. Anyone know who he is? (a lousy description i know, sorry.) His name is Jaylen Daniels. He's just a sophmore and can jump out of the gym. The best thing about Jaylen is'nt his game it's his atitude. Super great kid and very humble. Love him to death!

I would like to give Coach Jeff Harney a shout out because I witnessed a little of what he went through this weekend with some of his players. Coach I think you handle the situation with class and for that to me your a class act. I'm glad that your coaching my son this summer. Thanks!:notworthy:

I got to hang out with our boys from GRC this weekend and I had a blast. These three boys Cory, Jaylan and Christian are crazy together and they are very respectful young men. I've never heard so much yes sir and no sir's in my life. These boys don't know any strangers because they make freinds so quick. Very proud of our boys this weekend. Their repesenting GRC well.

It seems to me that all you have done on here is wine and complain. Can't you just enjoy what a great tourny this has been so far. I've been to every game so far and had zero problems. The gym has plenty of parking and it seats 3500. It's never took me 10 minutes to get in or to get out so I have no idea what your doing! Just enjoy it for what it is o.k because it could be worse! It seems there's always someone who has something to complain about no matter how good you have it!:ohbrother:

Your in for a treat and I say this because the 14th Region is an exciting region to watch. The region has some of the best guards in the state on display. The Powell Co. gym is a nice place to play at too and it has lots of seating. Around about 3500 I beleive. The way our regionals worked out will allow me to watch most of the tournament so I can't wait.:dancingpa

I was at the game tonight and I enjoyed every minute of it. I picked Lee to win their district title at the beginning of the season. Glad to see Coach Wright get this one. Maybe this will make up for the 2007 districts. Got to admit that I miss the atmosphere of 14th Region basketball. Congrats to Coach Wright and the Lee Co. Bobcats.

This was a great game to watch if your a basketball fan. I became a fan of Coach Bordas last night. Loved his work ethic on the side lines last night. Was hoping to see Bourbon pull it out for him but just to many missed free throws towards the end done them in. Congrats to Montgomery. See you guys Thursday night. GO CARDS!!!!!!!:popcorn:

I like Perry Central but Hazard will probally pull it out.

The Cards have a scorer on the bench but they want play him. The last 6 JV games and yes I know your going to say it's just JV but still he's averaged 20 plus in these games against strong opponents. Cut his points in half for a varsity game if you want to and still that's 10 points more than we finish with. He had 26 against Franklin Co.. Give him his 10 points in the varsity game and we win by 2! :idunno:

I agree totatly. I think this could be the key for GRC in order to win this one. They must contain one or the other to get this one. I like my Cards in a close one.:thumb:

Hate having a loss but a loss is'nt always a bad thing. Only losing buy 2 on the road after playing as much ball as they have in such little time and not having their full roster on the floor to me says alot for this team. Proud of our boys. The injury bug does'nt help things either. Were pretty good now but look out when their all healthy. GO CARDS!!!!!!!!:ylsuper:

I look for the cards to come out in this game and play alot better game mentally. Their last game it seemed like they weren't there. They came around in the second half but it was almost to late but they pulled it out. Brewer also needs to start knocking down some shots. They need that from him. Yea I thought Vinny was the difference in the game. So glad to see him greating better and better each game. Also glad to see Christian on the floor. He looked nervous at times but over all he was solid. I guess you can expect that in your first start. Way to go Cards knocking down another. Welcome to BGP swatshop.
