That game is what the All A is all about. Fun game, in a great environment.

Several players stepped up for Gallatin as two starters fouled out early in the fourth quarter. Interesting officiating in this one.

Seemed to me that Williamstown had a clear advantage in the post, but were content to fire from the the perimeter all night. Nonetheless, it was an entertaining game.

Both teams have a bunch of room for improvements and growth, with that being said Gallatin's willingness to make the hustle plays is very enjoyable to watch.

I don't disagree with you, but think in this situation, knowing they gassed out in the 2nd quarter, I would probably use my press in more adventitious spots, and conserve some energy for the rest of the game.

There is nothing wrong with scheduling tough opponents, Williamstown probably saw a different speed of play that will help them throughout the season. If Cov Cath is willing to play, lace them up and get after it.

The Wildcats turned up the pressure and ran away with this one. Running clock early in the third quarter, subs in the rest of the way. Depth will prove to be a problem for Eminence with their style of play. Its hard to press and run with limited numbers.

Just some updates: Wright from Eminence transferred to Henry and Cipilone from Williamstown went back to LLoyd. Also Stanley must have took one heck of a growth spurt to get to 6 feet tall.

Interesting decision by Ludlow to onside kick with around a minute on the clock, knowing Gallatin has a capable kicker. Very good football game in Warsaw.

Did this thread just turn into it must be coach drury's fault? If you talk to that man for two seconds, you realize that nothing has passed him by. Easily one of the best coaches in the region.

Tough district for Eminence. The program will continue to struggle with bigger class a schools until they can get numbers up. Fielding a team with 28-32 boys is hard to do consistently.

I agree with the quality of officiating going way down with a 3 man crew. The pool of quality officials in our region was already shallow, now you throw 2 average jv refs into a game that is too fast for them. The one quality ref in the crew now looks terrible. This also has made Freshmen and JV games unbearable, because the tolerable JV officials have been poached to do varsity. It is a thankless job, one that I don't want. That being said, I have witnessed some really bad calls this year, some of which have cost teams games.

I agree, been a long year for 8th region officials.

Carlton was a monster. Happy for him the kid has been thru a ton with all of the injuries.

Eminence up big in the second half, officiating became suspect. Calvary never quit.

They have grown numb to how special that is, because they see sportscenter dunks three to five times a game. He is a special talent.
