What a difference spending the offseason in the wieght room. This is the first time Racke got to that since he gave up playing basketball. I seen a picture of him standing next to linebacker Brian Carter and Racke looks just as big as him and Carter 6'2 205 to 210 pounds. Can't wait till the season starts.

I believe SK travels to Louisville face CAL who is a really good 2A team.

When Shields coached NKU he had really good teams with some NKY kids.

Bezold didn't do much at NKU. He didn't even recruit NKY kids.

He was coach of the year in the Miami Valley Confernce and NCH wash 21 and 4.

Dayton returns 29 kids from last years roster plus incoming Freshman they will be fine.

I thought you said you was a Holmes guy? Minor also was an assistant coach for Holmes and they went down to state several years ago when Henley was the head coach at Holmes? What is your grudge with Minor? Minor is a great guy and great coach.

SK had their first spring practice today beginning of a great year.
