Your arrogance precedes you. In the 7th Region tourney you have 5 top 20 teams, are top 10, and 3 have been top 5 at one point this season. Some teams in the 7th will have to win 3 straight games against top 20 or top 10 teams just to reach Rupp. I would say the 11th has its equal with the 7th region.

Manual started the game off with a 10 - 2 run and mounted a 20-point half time lead. PG Aaron Williams played the floor leader role to perfection and distributed the ball without a turnover for the game. Williams also added 12 points. Jenkins hit his first 6 shots includuing a pair of back-to-back treys in the first quarter and scoring 13 points in the first half. Jenkins finished with a game-high 16 points while only playing roughly 16 minutes. Tony Kimbro Jr had a number of highlight reel block shots and pulled down a ton of rebounds. Some of those rebounds Kimbro used a quick outlet to start the breaks as Manual got some easy scores using their quickness. Derrance Lawson was the third player in double figures with 10 points. Manual shot 57% in the first half and held St. X to less than 30% on the game. Manual only utilized their starters for two quarters while their bench sustained the lead.

Kimbro Jr is class '11 and is a legit 6-4 or taller. Kimbro Jr can play out on the wing as his father was primarily a post player. Its tough to say if Jr is better than his dad at this point since Jr is a 16 year old frosh. He is a sensational talent as a frosh and if he works hard will be a top D1 recruit down the road. I say his skills are farther along at this point than of his dad's. He's a great kid too.

Interesting. You have Eastern, Ballard, and JTown as legit chances then in your "Note" claim that Manual will not make it out of the 7th. Well, only one of the 7th region teams you have listed will make it out the same. Manual defeated both Eastern and JTown. Don't underestimate parity. One more note, Manual just routed one of your longshot teams.

In the end, Mr. Basketball is nice. But a scholarship and chance to play for a high profile college program while getting a tremendous education is great! Mack, Miller, Hopson all will have their chance to shine in the national spot-light. Mack (Butler U), Miller (Kentucky), and Hopson (undeclared), all deserve their mention but whatever two don't win it, I'm sure they will move on without hesitation and they will all still be considered winners once they start their college careers. From two years ago when Mr. BBall was Walt Allen (Presbyterian College) to now, its a whole new level.

Hit for 22 points on 12 shots including 3 for 5 from behind the arc against a tough Montgomery defense. Stat lines also included 6 rebounds and 5 assist with 2 steals. Recent trip to U of Wisconsin yielded an offer from the Badgers. It appears things are going the right way for the young junior.

And 95% of the opinions on this board had someone other the Manual winning the LIT, but they did. And they won three consecutive games over teams ranked in the top 15. Can you name any other teams that has won three consecutive games against ranked opponants this season? In the 7th region, that's what has to happen in order for a team to reach the Sweet 16.

Stephens was tough in the paint and ran the court well for a big guy. Played with max effort for the entire game. His official line was 21 points.

When you play in Lexington or Louisville against any team you have to be on your best game or it could result in an "L". Post season play should be great. Montgomery does have some very good talent and will be a tough game for anyone in the 10th.
