They still have one of the best juniors in the state in Timmy Knipp. Some are just born to criticize.

I noticed where Christian Brewer from Powell Co. scored 34 points last night in a win over Magoffin Co. Also scored 32 in another game this week.

I think Ballard is the best in the state. What a tough region. Eastern and Trinity are both very good. All of Clarks losses has been to Louisville teams while Clark has beaten Male and Seneca. So they have already played 5 Louisville schools playing Male twice.

That's right and will probably lose a few more. Tough schedule.

Playing 16th region teams is a little different than playing the Louisville teams. You ought to try one ,once in a while.:ylsuper:

I thought GRC played much better in the King Of the Bluegrass than they did in this past tournament. Althought they lost 2 games in Louisville they played much better and did much better against the pressure defense .

Clark's offense didn't jell well the first half and we tried to man -man defend a team that was much quicker. Clark gave them too many lay-ups and then fouled from the back. A lot of 3 point plays.:idunno:

Christian Co. sure got a lot of hype which means nothing.

Trinity has a very nice team and is very well coached. Nice, smart guards. I agree that the Trinity team is much better than they were last year.

The King Of Bluegrass was a very tough and prestigious tournament. Several teams could have won the tournament with break here and there. It was a good field of 16 teams. I thought Clark Co beat the best team in the tournament , Memphis Central and maybe could have won it all if they could have hit their free throws and a few easy shots. The All Tournament Team selected : Tim Peete from Men. Central, Quintrel Morris from Fairdale, Donovan Johnson from Shelby Co, Keisten Jones and Ian Chiles from Ballard, Lyonell Gains and Remy Abell from Eastern, Vinny Zollo and Robbie Stenzel from Clark Co, Martez Harris and Zach McElwain from Seneca, Trae Golden from McEeachern, Donovan Gibbs from Iroquois, Taylor Epley from Trinity and the NVP of the tournament was Josh Sewell of Trinity. Robbie Stenzel received the Ralph Beard Spirit Award.
