The 14th Region has picked up some big wins over the 13th Region this season.

Didn't see this one coming, although Breathitt is unbeaten on the young season.

Breathitt Co. plays at a very fast pace and it looked early as if Corbin was going to put this one away, but Breathitt comes back and passes the Hounds at the finish line.

 

Corbin really seemed to run out of gas trying to keep up with the Bobcats as the usually reliable Wilson missed 4 or 5 FT's late in the game and Johnson may have gone scoreless in the the entire second half. Travis Smith did have a breakout game and played very well for Corbin. Did Stewart or Freeman play for the Redhounds?

I didn't watch this game but Freeman is usually the 2nd or 3rd person off the bench....and it's good to see Smith play well, he needs to play like that night in and night out for the hounds to stay on top of the region.

I figured the Bobcats would pull this one out.

Breathitt is a very improved team from last year. There were several grumblings over Coach Doug Noble last season, but I'd say that those are over with now.

The bobcats play zero defense. They just try and out score you, I'm not too sure how long this formula will work.

Didn't out last Harlan County.
