Holmes not playing up to their ranking and Mason playing well without Pawset. Hard to win at the Fieldhouse. Mason Co by 10.

The last time Holmes came to the fieldhouse was in 05 when they came down and won by 16 (67-51).

 

I think the Dogs size and athleticism will be a little too much for the Royals this Saturday. I expect them to come out and try to to make a statement after the early season struggles.

 

Setty v Pittman is going to be a war at both ends of the floor. Other than that, I see MC having match up problems.

Close game until late when Holmes pulls away at the charity stripe.

Holmes is playing better than people might think and Mason is good, but not the Mason of the last few yrs. With that said, Holmes plays a complete game and wins by 12.

Over the past few years, Mason County has lost about the same number at home as they have on the road. So I am not sure what advantage they gain at the Fieldhouse.

You can think whatever you want but the results of the past few years show Mason County's losses are about equally divided between home and on the road. IMO if there were a home court advantage they wouldn't lose as many games there as they do on the road.

And they really shouldn't be worried about it because there doesn't appear to be any advantage for Mason County playing at the Fieldhouse. The challenge playing there isn't playing at the Fieldhouse. The challenge is playing an always good Mason County team.
