I know!! I couldn't believe it when I heard that they already had four full Kindergarten classes! Thanks, I wish I had all of them here, but their mothers won't agree. I knew I forgot to do something!!!:ohbrother: I still have one child in the Greenup County School system. I also have three in Magoffin County. I will end up with so many school shirts that I will never have to buy clothes again. I am still trying to find a green/orange combo shirt for Sept. 11th.

Today was my youngest daughter's 1st day of school. I was amazed at the number of parents that I went to school with at Greenup, who are taking their children to Raceland. It certainly says something about the system when parents who were brought up to be die hard rivals of a certain school see past that and pick the school for their children.

I will be grateful for all updates on Friday nights. I have to work those nights (except for the sept. 11th game, I wonder why) and will go nuts if I don't know how everything goes.

While both teams you named will be good next year, don't think for a minute that Greenup is going to lay down. Granted, they lost some great players due to graduation this year, but they will be reloaded and ready to go come Spring. I look for them to make it back to Applebee's.

I think it will be a good series, and East will give all they have, but Lawrence Co. will pull it out in 3.

My heartfelt sympathy goes out to the family and friends of this young man. May God comfort you in the days and years to come. It broke my heart when I heard of the accident today at the Station.

As I said in another thread, East worried me more than Boyd. They have always played GC tough, and the Musketeers seemed to think it would be a cake walk. Good luck Raiders, I hope you win it all.
