As a neutral follower of eastern ky. football, I would have to go with Russell over Johnson Central last year, mainly because of the domination of the Russell Defense last year. However, I guess we will never know.

I don't think Lawrence County can hold the Russell offense to 14 points. However, this may turn out to be a close game with the adjustments made by Lawrence. With that being said, I still have to go with Russell by 34.

Simply an observation, but Russell's defense lacks the domination factor it had the past few years. The offense has been the showcase this year for the most part.

Just my opinion (and I might eat my words) but Breathitt and Russell will fall short of Mason County. Both have great teams and, Russell usually finds a way to win, but lack domination factor that they have had in the past.
