Well there you have it. You just answered your own question. Anyone can beat anyone on any given night, nobody in NKY is that dominate on every night imo.

HaHaHaHaHaHa.......You know what!!!!!? were you even at this game? You know better then me that when teams go after Highlands (dont care what sport it is) they bring their A game and play with intensity and determination. I saw that last night from the Conner girls, they worked their butts off but they also got their butts kicked on the boards not the foul line. The shots from the foul line was a direct result of getting beat on the boards and being a step slow imo.

Highlands played very well last night and ran the floor extremly well.

You do realize that Conner beat Highlands when they had their starter who was missing. She didn't play this time and they lost, so I think that shows that she did make a big difference not playing.

Conner also only beat Beechwood by 4 at Conner. So to me comparing scores is tough in girls hoops. Good luck to the Lady Cougars, as their district is tough.

Since you didn't quote a post to go with your response. So I am not sure if you were talking to me, since you posted after me. However I did not compare scores. The scores I said had to do with the teams being mentioned. Saying how Highlands beat Conner even with Highlands missing starters. Well Conner was missing one of their starters, a starter who helped them beat Highlands just a week or so before. So it is safe to assume that not having her did make some difference then too.

No FC wasn't quoting you....just comparing scores and then teams with players there or not there is a tough thing to do. All will come out in the spring water of the district and region tourney.

Conner plays at Ryle on Friday. That should be a good game and is a very important game for seeding purposes within the district. This game should give us some additional indication if Conner can win the region. Will Conner have all their starters back?

Conner in a losing effort showed last night that they can play with the top teams. In a game that was at Ryle, Conner was leading at half, and only down by 2 going to the forth. Conner ended up having to foul with a minute to go, which made the final margin get bigger. It was a great game, and with the district also being at Conner. It should be fun to see who comes out of there.

Thoughts on Coach Stamm's girls and if they can win the 9th over Boone, Ryle and co.?

 

The answer is - Negative Ghostrider - the pattern is full. Give us a reason to think it can happen. Losing to Boone, SK, Ryle, Highlands doesn't help. Still have to face NDA and NCC. Upset both of those and we'll think about it. Lose to both and they hardly feel like 9th region champ material now do they.
