Why would they rebuild by getting rid of their only really good young piece who has a very good contract. You Laker guys kill me when it comes to reasonable trades. February 8, 201214 yr I agree with what you all are saying. He definitely does not have much around him, however something about his game worries me. He has all the talent in the world obviously, but even with talent in college he forced things way to much. If he is not out on a fast pace he struggles, I honestly thought in the NBA his half court game would get better since it is more one on one and not as many collapsing defenses. I hope he ends up being a star obviously though, however I do wonder if he will reach that potential. Especially if he can not develop his shot, his shot has not gotten any better from high school to college to the pro's so far. I am waiting to see how this year plays out first. However based on how this year plays out, I might even go as far as to say Knight will end up being the better Pro. I really have liked what I have seen from Knight so far. It's a shame he broke his nose the other night, right after scoring his career high of 26 points. I wonder how he will adjust to wearing a mask. I think your observations are legitimate, but I'm in agreement with CatsCatsCats. I think Wall is a lot l like Rondo, in that he is more suited to distributing & rebounding from the PG position. I hope Knight can overcome the broken nose. He's had a solid rookie campaign thus far.

February 8, 201214 yr Why haven't the Lakers went after Nash this year? I know he's old, but so are they and the Suns finally seem willing to move him. Don't a lot of people believe Wall will be a Laker when his contract with the Wizards runs out? Or did I just make that up?

Ask him that question. As a Laker fan I could care less about what's good for Boston.

February 8, 201214 yr I thought the dunk was one of the most overrated things I have ever witnessed. Just like the Dwight Howard Superman dunk. I did not consider either dunks, just throws at the basket. Great athletic plays, sure. Perkins response is a reflection to how I believe most of the NBA views LeBron. Most see him as superstar talent with the maturity of an 8 year old. Perkins has no qualms about saying it publicly.
