I am glad you have love for one of your own... I will be very surprised if Wright gets a D1 scholarship to play qb.. Towles made it to the Elite 11 qb competition for the best qb's in the country.. It's not even close in my opinion..Towles makes very good decisions and has all of the intangables of a great qb...size, speed, athleticism etc..With all of the talent around Wright it is like playing in a 7 on 7 competition for him..Wright is a very good hs qb but not on Towles level..

whoh raiderbird hold your horses. its clear that you believe Towles is the best but i have to tell you that they both are very exceptional Qbs. Given the sucess they both had up to this point, some will say they like Towles more and some will say the like Wright more. this doesn't make one side wrong or right but please don't like your opinion discount Travis's ability. He is 6'1 & thats D1 height. I happen to know he is being look at by numerous D1 schools. Having seen both qb's play I believe it's a toss up on who i like better.

Watching Towles in warmups at state final was very impressive. He made EVERY throw right on the money from swing passes to 45 yd fades to 15 yd comebacks. 1st time I saw him. He looks like he will be a very successful college QB. Did he have other top D1 offers?

^I hate it for him, that he's going to get worse coaching in college, than he currently has. Too talented to be taking a step back.

Both have practiced at St. X this week, kickoff is slated for 2pm tomorrow! Great weather expected for a fun game!

Any updates?

Louisville won over the Kentucky team 38-27

It was a great game. Some really fine atheletes. Quite an Honor to be chosen to play in that Game.

Played with class - good sportsmanship.

Super day for f-ball.

Very welcome!

BGP has had a long relationship with Jimmie Reed (the games Executive Director) and we are proud to be a sponsor.

Last year my son played the the bowl game and had a pretty significant injury, Jim Reed was very helpful in all the issues that arose with my son all the way through his rehab. He is a compasonite and thoughtful man, stayed in contact with our family through his rehab. Runs a very good bowl game.
