Camels are tied for the #1 seed in NKY 6A.

At a school the size of Dixie, when you start with an Auburn signee at quarterback, you have to be able to finish above .500 playing a NKY schedule.

 

Dixie hasn't even been competitive in their losses. I don't get it.

 

Guessing Campbell is on the improve, but getting blown out back to back weeks by a 1-A team (albeit a good one) and a 1-5 (coming in) team who's one win was 6-0 is well--Embarassing!!

Not to take anything away from the Camels. There were some who wanted CCHS to chuck it and start playing for next year. I said then, district play hasn't even started yet, and in the wicky wacky NKY 6A district anything can happen. I'm guessing the Camels now still have a shot to host a playoff game. Heck, I guess they have a shot to win the district.

This just might have been the win that will propel the Camels program back to some winning ways.

Congrats Camels! It was an incredible game! Dixie's quarterback threw some impressive passes but it just wasn't enough. James Popp had impressive yardage tonight thanks to the Campbell O-line.

That is very nice and hopeful and would love to see for it happen more than just about anyone, but no way. Outside of Louisville St. X, Manual, Scott County, and a few others, Trinity probably puts up 50 or more in a half on everyone else.
