Apple, Swing and a miss! 4s but no iPhone5!

Same here, I think I've made the decision to just wait on the 5.

I am going to get it and give it to my wife when the 5 comes out and then get the 5 for me. I talked her into it last night.

There is a hilarious tumblr about Siri but the web address isn't BGP friendly. It's similiar to that show about things your Dad says. :D

^ I saw some of those. Siri is one clever "thing".

I have had mine since Friday and have found that I am using WIFI much, much more than my Verizon network. Probably about 80% of the time. Not really concerned with 3G or 4G speeds.

Well, I had the option of upgrading my Blackberry Storm (I HATE RIM!), and among my Verizon choices were the 4s and of course several Droid options. For the price, I decided to go with the Droid X2. Sorry Apple fans...I'm just not sold that it's worth hundreds of extra dollars. I just got the delivery confirmation, so when I get home, I'll be switching away from my Blackberry post-haste. Unfortunately, work requires me to use a BB, but at least for personal use, I'll be back in the enlightened ages.

I have had my 4S for almost 2 weeks now and I love this thing. Coming from a 3G to a 4S is like the iPhone reinvented for me. It's so fast. Stupid fast. It's so fast I don't use my phone as much anymore because I get things done so much faster. I love this iPhone. And I still haven't utilized 50% of it. I love it. It's so special to me.

So you go an LG Enlighten?

Same here. I love it! :thumb:

Tomorrow I'm finally biting the bullet and getting a 4S. Hopefully they have them in stock, otherwise it'll be a few days. I'm pumped for it, but not looking forward to my bill doubling!

DF, I called 5 different places from Danville to Harrodsburg to Nicholasville to the Apple Store in Lexington and they were all out. I then called Wal Mart in Danville and they 60 black ones and 15 white ones. It was also 188 dollars at Wal Mart instead of 199 everywhere else. After taxes I paid 199. I know BG is bigger than Danville but don't be afraid to try WallyWorld.

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to be going to the ATT store first, but Wal-Mart and Best Buy are both on my radar as well.

Love my 4S as well. This thing is awesome. Also love that Verizon let me switch back to my old data plan (14.99)/mo. Nearly all of my data is used while on WIFI. All good in my Apple world.

I can never leave Verizon, because they let me keep my unlimited data/unlimited text plan.

I love the 4s as well. Best phone I have ever had by far.

I wanted the 4s, but I got the 4 so my contract still has a little while left on it. I will most likely go for the 5 when it comes out.
