Went to a wedding last summer where the wedding party was 18. When the groom and groomsmen have enough to field a baseball team, that's a problem.

Whenever I do that I'm told I just don't care. That one really irks me.

I don't know that I'd be objected to just having a best man and calling it quits there...but I don't know how many girls would go for that scenario.

Wow. $235 is STEEP. Most I can recall paying is $180 last fall.

5 I kept it low because if I kept branching out it would have gotten out of hand.

This is true. I think almost every wedding I've been in the bride's siblings have been in the groom's party and it's always been kind of a bummer. It makes sense if they are tight, but if not it's just kind of awkward. I don't know if that's some sort of requirement or faux pas to not do it or what.

$235 is absurd.

Yeah, the groomsmen served as ushers before the thing started.

Don't you just love that? The two worst parts of weddings:

 

1. The person who isn't either A)the bride/groom or B)person performing ceremony who feels that you need to run through the rehearsal roughly 50 times. This person is almost always a mother or an aunt whose kids aren't married yet.

 

2. The pushy photographer that makes you take pictures that neither the bride or groom want.

But that would just be fake lol. I mean really obviously fake. If its not something to do with sports or guns I'm not likely to be enthusiastic about it.
